Coding plans have different prices, quotas and billing rules. We keep those differences visible.

Start with official sources

We collect public provider pages, preserve their snapshots and record the observation time. Collection time is not the date a policy took effect. This preview displays candidate records pending editorial review.

Compare the same thing

Original prices and promotions remain separate. A monthly equivalent of an annual bill is not treated as a monthly subscription. Per-seat prices and eligibility conditions stay attached to the offer. Credits from different providers are not converted into a common unit.

Leave missing information blank

“Not confirmed” never means free. An API cost example is not a subscription price. Parent subscriptions that include Claude Code or Codex are identified as such. A provider having an international site does not establish availability in all countries.

Keep a trail when pages change

Each observation links to an official URL, retrieval time, parser version and saved source snapshot. Failed collection preserves previous data. The local Orca loop checks for daily-due refreshes when running and idle; it does not automatically approve facts or publish the site.

Earn the score before displaying it

No community rating is shown without adequate reviewed evidence. No QoS score is shown without comparable measurements. This preview does not rank providers by affiliate payments or invented performance data.
