主要使用 Claude、又不依赖 Cursor 编辑器时，我会先考虑 Claude Code；需要在编辑、差异审阅和多个模型之间频繁切换时，再为 Cursor 的整合体验付费。这个建议基于工作流选择，不是把 Codex 的用量当成 Cursor 实测。
如果你想知道“Sol 在 Cursor 里能用多少”，当前仍缺一个关键证据：我们能在完整官方目录中确认 GPT-5.6 Sol，还没有核实 GPT-6.1 Sol 的可用性。不能将 Codex 中的 Sol 6.1 High 记录移植过来。
把版本、计费方式和未知项对齐
核对日期为 2026-10-12。先匹配模型版本，再匹配 effort、速度档位、上下文与缓存构成。当前官网只确认 Cursor 套餐包含 Other Models 池，没有核实到该池的固定数字额度。

所以，Cursor 的实际用量是多少？
本次能找到用户自报，但尚没有足够的“同模型、同档位、同计量口径”记录来给出可靠固定值。尤其没有核实到 Cursor 中 Sol 6.1 High 的周 token 样本。因此这一项保留为未知，不填一个看似精确的倍数。
对 Opus 5.5，官方已给单价，仍缺你实际套餐可抵扣额度和完整 token 分类。输入、缓存写入、缓存读取、输出必须分别计算；旧文章里的 $20/$70/$400 额度池不能直接当成当前承诺。
- Cursor 的两个池按月重置；Claude Code 的会话/周窗口不能直接与一个月总量相除。
- Auto 的总 token 不能改标成某个指定 Sol 或 Opus 版本的额度。
- 如果已有 Cursor，用同一批任务记录准确模型 ID、effort、缓存/输出明细、额度比例、额外费用及是否耗尽，再对照另一工具。

什么时候值得为 Cursor 付费
如果你主要消耗高端第三方模型，先核对当前账单与 Other Models 规则，再决定是否升档或年付。如果你主要用 Grok、Composer 或 Auto，不能拿第三方模型池的抱怨直接否定自己的方案。
Cursor 在 10 月 6 日增加了 iOS 本地 agent 远控。这对离开电脑后继续监督代码任务有用，但电脑仍须在线。把这种实际省下的操作成本，与订阅和额外用量一起比较。
